Litti has always been close to my heart. With my native roots in Bihar and my upbringing in Jharkhand, I bring the authentic, homely taste of Bihar to the City of Lakes through Kewat Litti and The Litti Aangan.
Every litti we prepare is inspired by the flavours of my home—slow-roasted, carefully spiced, and made with love, just the way it has been cooked in Bihari households for decades. My aim is simple: to serve honest food that feels like home, no matter where you are.

Our litti chokha is prepared using time-honoured family methods passed down by my mother, with my mother-in-law and husband lending their helping hands at every step. From kneading the dough to roasting the litti, we follow the authentic process that keeps the true Bihari flavour alive.
